The SEMP range is our Standard Electro-Mechanical
Control Panels designed for the control and monitoring
of either 24V or 230V damper actuators in groups of 10, 20 or 30.
The SCMP range is our Bespoke Electro-Mechanical Control and Monitoring
System consisting of a number of automatic
smoke/fire dampers hard wired to a purposely manufactured smoke/fire
damper control panel to suit specific customer/project requirements.
The dampers may be individually or collectively controlled and
are continuously monitored.
The Safegard control & monitoring panel typically consists
of the appropriate number of switches to provide individual or group
control, LED indicators for status monitoring and all the necessary
relay and timers to comply with the building’s automatic smoke/fire
damper strategy “cause and effect schedule”.
Interface to the fire alarm and/or BMS is via volt free normally
open contacts i.e. fail-safe open. In the event of an alarm the
panel automatically activates the building’s smoke/fire damper
strategy.
