The V3 panel interface
The Safegard V3 represents a new generation of smoke/fire damper control systems. This PC based system has been designed with the user in mind, providing an advanced tool that simplifies installation and commissioning of smoke/fire damper actuators and peripheral devices. The graphical user interface (GUI) operates on a Windows® platform making it universally acceptable and very user friendly.
Safegard were responsible for defining the LonWorks® standards for smoke/fire dampers and they have been adopted as the worldwide standard known as LonMark®.

- System designed to cater for environmental occupancy as well as the building’s smoke/fire strategy. RS232 BMS link provided enabling a BMS to link directly to the system to read damper positions etc.
