Based in our Bray offices the Ideal candidate will be a technically minded individual with experience in building services, construction or a manufacturing industry.
Handling inbound customer enquiries (phone and email)
Interpreting enquiries and preparing quotations
Transaction entry onto ERP system
Maintaining good relationships with our established customer base
Assist with inbound marketing activity and company website
Assist in organisation and delivery of product presentations & exhibitions
Advise and select products for client applications
Handling after sales and customer service issues
Full product training will be provided
Promotion of Safegard Systems in line with company ethos and vision.
There is no requirement to cold call and no individual sales target with this role.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Flexibility in all aspects of work – ‘Can Do’ attitude.
PC Literate with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word
Ability to work on own initiative & self-motivated
Good organisational and planning skills
Previous sales experience within the ventilation / construction industry preferred
3rd level qualification would be preferred but not essential
Salary & Hours
Generous salary and bonus scheme will be offered based on experience and suitability.
All tools and training applicable to the role will be provided.
9am – 5.30pm Mon-Thursday
9am – 3.00pm Friday
